Refund and Return Policy
Warranty
All DEKOR hand tools are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse. If you believe your product has a warranty issue, please contact our Customer Support team.
Return Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new and unused condition within 30 days for a full refund. Used or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
Domestic Returns
- Refunds include the product price and applicable taxes. Shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to some returns.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
International Returns
- International customers must arrange returns through our International Support team.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, when possible.
